~Mysticmidnightmaiden said to draw anything for her second commission, so I used this opportunity to work on Jekyll and Hyde emotions, yaaaaaaay! *flail*

Since they're by far my favorite characters, they're really hard for me to draw. :\ I think I'm getting somewhere in getting a concrete model for both of them, but it's not there yet.

The picture on the left was a silly playing card idea that pops into my head every now and again. Selective gravity!

I freaking love the card, especially. That effect is so damn awesome! :heart: I've said it once, I'll say it again; I LOVE your Hyde. He's so vivid and just plain mischevious. Man, I should seriously do some fanart of him; he's gotten me inspired after a long rut. : D

Jekyl/Hyde is on of my favorite stories. I have caricatured this cat about a thousand times and I sell every one of them You have inspired me to do another. This is just and awesome gallery of drawings.

Hah! I love the card; I think it's a perfect representation of your Henry and Edward, and a great way of working practically in the space that you set up within the picture.

This is just me talking, so feel totally free to disregard, but I feel like you're doing a little too much with their designs, making the faces too sharp, especially around the eyes. The shapes of the eyes themselves are wonderful and very characteristic of your style, but certain things (like the shadows/bags around Hyde's eyes and Henry's nose) don't feel like you at all. And though stretching out in new directions is the way to grow as an artist, it feels a little like you're trying too hard.

But then again, maybe I like your old designs wa-ay too much, and am just having trouble moving on. ^^;

Ah, it's amazing!:XD: The card is great, and I like the consistent colors you seem to use for these two, green and red. the expression studies on the left are really fun. I love facial expressions.
