Description
So this is my new character Haruki--just a potential design, by the way.
He's in the same story world as the 'superhero Megalow' character, but he has nothing to do with birds. Those birds . . . are Meg's birds, and as such they are kind of threatening. Both characters are associated with a 'stange phenomenon' that has been occuring in the small town that they live in.
He enjoys watching shows about perilous surgery and post-WWII Japanese music.
HARUKI is associated with the phenomenon filename "LILLIPUT"
MEGALOW is associated with the phenemonon filename "BROBDINGNAG"
The two other phenomena are inanimate but still important:
THE FLOATING ISLANDS that exist above the town are collectively referred to as "LAPUTA"
THE VARIOUS CITIZENS who have at random developed an ability to fly as far up as the LAPUTA islands are collectively referred to as "HOUYHNHNM"
In other words: This story is Gulliver's Travels themed. It's actually got a very light mood.

I love how you use watercolors. There's something very loose but still very tight about all of it. Plus you have excellent taste in headwear for your characters.
